Next to the Lord Jesus Christ, Vickki and Barhon are my life. I love every moment I get to spend with them, and I cherish it like no other. Vickki and I are best friends and love spending time traveling. Vickki is an eighth-grade Language Arts teacher. Vickki's passion is being a wife, mother, and teacher.
Barhon is our son and he loves to sky dive, wakeboard and many other adventure seeking things. He is a graduate from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs!
I grew up in southeast Georgia in a small town called Hoboken. I attended Hoboken Baptist Church, a very small church, and was active in the children's and youth music ministry. My grandmother was the church organist, and she began to teach me to play piano. At the age of three, I could play the melody of Amazing Grace.
At 12 years old, I realized that I was a sinner in need of a Savior, and I gave my life to Jesus Christ. It wasn't until I had almost finished a degree in hospital administration that the Lord called me into full time music ministry. With my talents in music, I laid down my agenda and took up the Lord's agenda for my life. I went back to Brewton-Parker College and acquired my Bachelors Degree in Vocal Performance.
God has been so good to me. I have served several great churches with tremendous pastors.
I am now serving as the Worship & Music Catalyst with the Georgia Baptist Mission Board.
